Association of Nigeria Ostomates had another successful advocacy presentation on the plight of Ostomates in Nigeria .
The advocacy was at the Conference of Social workers of Nigeria held in Osogbo Osun state. We called on the Government of the State,the public and the social workers in particular to come to aid of Ostomates in the State in areas of rehabilitation ,provision of Ostomy materials and also to address the issue of stigmatization which is a major issue in the life of Ostomates.
" Ostomy rights are human rights".
