As part of our Women Empowerment initiatives at the You Matter Charity Foundation, we partnered with Fidelity Bank Plc to impact the lives of 500 hardworking women across Delta State through the bank’s “Give Her Power” Corporate Social Responsibility programme.

This initiative goes beyond grants and equipment; it is about restoring hope, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for women to grow into self-reliance and productivity. Through this collaboration, 400 women received cash grants of ₦100,000 each, while 100 beneficiaries received sewing and grinding machines to support and expand their businesses.

We sincerely appreciate Fidelity Bank Plc for aligning with our vision of empowering women and transforming communities. At the You Matter Charity Foundation, we remain committed to building sustainable support systems that uplift women, strengthen households, and inspire lasting change across our communities.

Today, we welcomed teenage autistic Guinness World Record holder, Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke, in Asaba as he rides from Enugu to Lagos in pursuit of another milestone through his Endurance Cycling Campaign for Autism.

Our Founder, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, inspired by his passion and resilience, presented him with a cheque of ten million naira in support of his quest to achieve another world record.

At the You Matter Charity Foundation, we believe that when the potential of children with special needs is nurtured and supported, they thrive, inspire others, and make meaningful impact in society.

Yesterday, in Aniocha North Local Government Area, we concluded our free medical outreach across the three senatorial districts of Delta State.

Our mission was clear; provision of free medical care, assistive learning devices, and walking aids to children living with special needs across the nine local government areas of Delta North.

We extend heartfelt thanks to our Founder, Her Excellency Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, the Delta State Ministry of Health, and our partners for making this initiative a reality. Together, we look forward to building a Delta State where every child is seen, valued, and supported.

Earlier this week, we continued our tour of Free Medical Outreach in the Delta South Senatorial District, bringing hope and extending support to children living with special needs.

Working hand in hand with the Delta State Ministry of Health, a dedicated medical team attended to the health needs of these precious children. We also provided walking aids to improve mobility, assistive materials to aid learning, and essential food items to support their wellbeing.

At the You Matter Charity Foundation, we believe every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and inclusion. Through this outreach, we are raising awareness about autism, advocating for the rights and welfare of children with special needs, and challenging the stigma that too often surrounds them.

We remain steadfast in our mission to champion access to quality education, healthcare, and social inclusion. Together, we will ensure that no child is left behind.
