Times like this can be very challenging, but don't lose focus
Whether it's a failed business. a broken relationship, a marriage, or anything you're grieving... it's okay to feel it. Express yourself. Grieve if you need to.. but don't lose yourself in the process:
This is just a phase. It will pass. You are not alone.
Don't drown vourself in the loss. Instead gently remind yourself that there are still reasons to be grateful you just need to allow yourself see them, even in the pain.
Let go of what you can't control, and focus on what you can.
Keep moving forward... one step at a time.
