LEADERS OF YOUTH ZENIETH - LYZ. (OIL AND GAS CASTMENT COMMUNITIES) NIGER DELTA REGION,
NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION
FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.
INTRODUCTION:
Leaders of Youth Zenith, is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) organized for intelligent and dedicated youths of our communities in Akwa ibom - Niger Delta. A platform whereby youths who are willing to embrace quality change, growth, development, faith, unity, peace, progress and long live in our Oil and Gas catchement communities in the State are joined together to speak in one voice/demonstration for the purpose of maintaining peace, sustainable development, growth and order. Whose dreams are to become a renounce leader and patron in Government and Private establishment in future nationwide, Possessing the spirit/qualities of good leadership to achieved excellent goal for the benefit of our youths and entire communities, by occupying position such as Executive, Legislator, Contractor and Traditional Ruler in the three(3) tiers of Government/Private organizations in our countries, to maintained peace, security, order, development, friendly interaction and co-operation in the communities. To reduce the current occurring crisis of Bad-Eggs in the communities. For excellent, effectiveness, progress, sustainable development and growth of the youths in our communities.
LYZ. is also a youth orientation platform for undergraduate and graduate on effective and sustainable development and progress of the youths through effective support from the initiative, relevant stakeholders and Patrons, to build a standard platform to support our members and the youths of our communities to be connected and recommended to our Incumbent Government, NGO's and Private organizations in our communities, to established a perfect relationship with they Executives, Legislators, Contractors and Traditional rulers, elected to represent us in the Federal, State and Local arms of government (Politically, nonpolitically and Traditionally) through LEADER OF YOUTH ZENITH PLATFORM. We also solicit for the youths and our indigenous contractor to benefit from all the International/Local Multinational companies, Epic Contractors, Fabrication-Subcontractors, Maintenance/Supplies Company, in the Oil/Gas and Construction Companies, operating in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Sectors in our communities, for Contracts Award, Financial assistance, Skills Acquisition Trainings, Jobs Slots and employments, for Youths empowerment, for the betterment and growth of our communities.
In recent time they have being several crisis on peaceful/violence demonstration of our youths for better empowerment instead of pocket friendly fees, and drinks which have lead to losses of lives, criminal activities, assault, destructing of developed structures, blocking/stopping of Companies from Operations and protests, has a result get their attention and to also create ways for authentic audience and promises to be fulfill by this Companies, Executives, Appointees and Traditional rulers. In which they were selected, through our great solidarity on logistics, mobilizing and vote's. Hoping to be of great assistance to the Youths and the entire communities, when elected into office, but they refuse to fulfilled their promises and obligation, except few. We also accept companies operation to be carryout and secured in our communities, in which they benefit to the tune of 85% from our natural resources in our communities, but their headquarters/Fabrication yards are not located in our communities, except few. But we are they major base of their Operation. This have barer our youths a lot of success to employment and we solicit for effective action by this Companies, relocating their onshore headquarters offices and yards to our communities, since we are the major base of operation as recognize by the UNITED NATIONS on LOCAL CONTENT for serene interaction, development, employment, training, Jobs Slot and payment of taxation/levis to our States.
That is why we have come on-board Leaders Of Youth Zenith Platform to stand and speak in one voice, in action and peaceful demonstration to say we are the indigenes, true Sons and Daughters of this communities one blood, spirit and fresh. That is time for The Executives, Traditional rulers, Legislators, Contractors and Companies initiative to hear our cry, struggle, want, problems and gives hear to us and chance, to take part in Government/Companies Initiatives as Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to participate and involved our youths to be beneficiaries of our natural resources and government empowerment in the communities through recognition, Contracts award, Financial Support, Employment, Skills Acquisition and also accept our Youths to be elect into any high-ranking of Government and private establishment irrespective of tribe nor status, through politics, recognition and qualification, for global growths, excellent services and achievement. To sustained Youth developed and empower the entire communities in the States.
LEADERS OF YOUTH ZENITH
Aims and Objective:
1. To stand firm in support of Elders and Aspirants who will still recognize the organization after being elected and swear-in, during His/hers election period through our solidarity, logistic and massive votes in all the INEC approved polls units in the communities.
2. To embrace the spirit of “change begins with me” for the betterment and progress of our youths and the entire communities.
3. To support our youths to take part and benefit from Government and Private organizations initiatives/projects in our communities.
4. To solicit for contracts awards, financial assistants, slots, trainings and employments from our executives, legislators and companies operation in our communities for effective empowerment.
5. To alien with government and private organization to create and environment for smooth operation, security and direct friendly interaction between the Youths and Patrons of the communities with Companies Executive Officers and Coordinators in our Communities
6. To make our youths and the entire communities to enjoy the benefit of good leadership and natural resources inherited from our Creator, to secure a brighter future for the born and unborn generation.
7. To recommence indigenous Contractors, youths and private establishment to Government and Companies for the purpose of Contract Awards, Supplies and employment without delay and fear dealing.
