When the Family Head walks in… the room doesn’t just dim; it lights up and blooms.

A presence that carries history.
A living bridge between generations.
A voice that echoes legacy.
A symbol of continuity between where we’ve been and where we’re going.

The presence of our esteemed Family Head (JCI Senator Gbenga Ogunsola) was not just noticed in the room, it was felt.

More than a visit; this was a significant gesture of connection, of continuity, and that of leadership beyond now.

“I didn’t even realize until now that I was getting it wrong…”

That was the honest realization across the room after JCIN Amb Lanre Alawode delivered such excellent training session during the JCI Akure’s March General Assembly.

Not because members lacked capacity;
But because no one had ever broken it down that way before.

Simple habits.
Silent mistakes.
Powerful corrections.

And just like that… mindsets shifted.

Growth doesn’t always come from learning something new;
Sometimes, it comes from finally seeing what’s been there all along.

Let’s just say… we won’t be doing things the same way anymore.

Professional Conduct in JCI: Etiquette , Protocol, and the Code of Conduct… The training we didn’t know we needed… until we did!
