We engaged underserved women and young people through education, advocacy, skills-based training, microfinance and job creation to enable them set up sustainable business to overcome poverty. Global 21st Century entrepreneur initiatives and Royal 21st Century Empowerment Foundation (NGO) A Non-profit organization whose aim is to promote sustainable development for Women and Girls with focus on
education, advocacy, Sexual and Reproductive Health and socio-economic empowerment as a means of eradicating poverty and advance gender equality. This initiatives seek to provide insights on the situation of rural poor women and young people concerning sexual and gender based violence, inequitable access to land, and severe deprivation to basic human needs. Our ultimate goal is helping to enhance the prosperity of under served people by increasing their accessibility to all livelihood options. This includes their education, social economic and healthcare empowerment. Specifically, interests are centered around community wealth building, collective economics, community resilience and women empowerment through engaging them in digital education, skill job training, advocacy and job creation to enable them set up sustainable business, become self reliance and overcome poverty. Since founding, we have produced pieces of empowerment training and workshops where women and young people have got support and mentorship in various areas such as tech, crafts, advocacy and education. This has created a ripple effect on more than 5000 underserved people that now have access to various forms of vocational skills. After graduation, they later become volunteers and interns assigned to train others and help in settling up a Community Women’s self-help Group that work with communities thereby minimizing the effects of poverty and trafficking, and also increasing their courage to claim back their rights. With our goal of 100,000 rural poor women, 50% girls, by the end of 2025 .
