The training was aimed at equipping staff and Community Engagement Officers with the knowledge and skills required for the effective implementation of the ACCEL_Africa Project (Phase II).

The training addressed key operational areas, including identifying and preventing child labour, fraud mitigation, ethics and harassment awareness, and strengthening safeguarding systems against exploitation. Participants also gained insights into profiling of beneficiaries, report writing, and strategic community engagement.

ROTDOW attended a training session on the Nigerian Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), held to sensitize organizations on the programmes objectives and impact.

The NJFP is a Federal Government initiative, supported by the European Union, designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by empowering young graduates from 2023 and above. The programme provides a platform for graduates who have completed NYSC, to gain meaningful work experience through structured 12-month placements in both the public and private sectors, with full remuneration.

Organizations are encouraged to register under the programme to host and mentor fellows, contributing to youth development while benefiting from fresh talent and innovative ideas.

The session emphasized the importance of collaboration in ensuring the success of the initiative and expanding opportunities for young professionals across Nigeria.

Yesterday was Mother's Day, and we recognize the profound impact mothers have on our society. Beyond being caregivers, their role in shaping the lives, health, and future of their children is invaluable and cannot be overlooked.

Mothers are true pillars of strength, nurturing families with love and unwavering dedication, while shaping the foundation of stronger communities.

We honour and celebrate our mothers for their commitment, love, and sacrifices in raising and caring for their children.
