One of the greatest highlight of our year at is being able to make a difference in the lives of these kids (and their families). And to know that these were the stand out kids among thousands of others before our annual festival of ideas earlier in the year gives us a lot of confidence about the compounding impact of making sure they can continue to go to school with the fees and supplies that they need.

This Christmas, we are grateful for all our donors from earlier in the year, we are thankful for our kids, and we are looking forward with hope into the future. Happy Holidays!

7 months on after our Annual Festival of Ideas, our team continues to celebrate and engage with our Scholarship Winners here in Ondo State. In collaboration with their parents, we continue to send out school supplies, books, moral support, and will be premiering a series of conversations we are having with them here over the next couple of weeks. and everyone else on the organizing team are deeply proud of these kids and we can’t wait to see all the awesome things they are going to do in the future. huge congratulations to our partner for the success of her initiative . Julia has this laser focus on the serious issues surrounding teenage pregnancy in inner city communities across South West Nigeria and her initiative has engaged schools & girls within these places over the past few months via consultations, and debates that has supported. Those actions came to an head today at an event that showed these girls what’s possible beyond their immediate environment, scholarships were won, safety was taught, and a fire as lit in the bellies of what is a microcosm of our society. Sometimes that’s all it takes and these girls will go out there and spread a vision of what is better and what can be achievable. From where they are.
