WORLD POLIO DAY

The Rotary Clubs in Ondo State celebrated World Polio Day with a vibrant road walk aimed at raising awareness and drawing attention to the global campaign to End Polio Now. In partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), participants, dressed in colorful shirts and safety vests, marched through the streets to engage the public and spread the message of polio eradication. The walk was a powerful visual statement, demonstrating the community’s commitment to public health and the importance of continued vigilance against the disease.

ROTARY CLUB OF ONDO hosted a meaningful outreach, joined by ROTARY CLUB OF AKURE PRESTIGE, led by President Rtn. Ajibade Kolawole, PHF, and other rotary clubs in Akure to uplift maternal care at the Comprehensive Health Center, Oba-Ile.
