Country Women Association of Nigeria, COWAN - Headquarters Country Women Association of Nigeria (COWAN) was established in the year 1982 by chief Mrs. Bisi Ogunleye. The objective of Cowan is to eradicate poverty.

COWAN from the inception has worked with a large percentage of rural in Nigeria.
