On the ACYA 3rd Anniversary, Leadership Summit 3.0 & Ayetoro Gems and Trailblazers Awards 2025
The Ayetoro Central Youth Association (ACYA) successfully held the 3rd Edition of its Leadership Summit and Ayetoro Gems & Trailblazers Awards on Friday, December 26th, 2025, at the Prince Gbadebo Omolodun Multipurpose Hall, Oke Oyinbo, Ayetoro. The event was a remarkable, impactful, and memorable gathering that brought together youths, leaders, professionals, and stakeholders across different sectors.
Highlights of the Event
The programme commenced with a red carpet reception, where guests, nominees, and panelists were warmly received and interviewed. Although there was a slight delay in the commencement of the main programme to allow Muslim participants observe the Jummah prayer, the event officially began shortly after 3:00 PM with an opening prayer, followed by the National Anthem, Ogun State Anthem, and Ayetoro Anthem.
The President’s Welcome Address was both engaging and inspiring. He appreciated all invitees, nominees, and stakeholders for their presence and unwavering support. He further emphasized the growing need for collective support—physically, ideologically, financially, and morally—to enable ACYA sustain and expand its impact within the Ayetoro community.
Musical Performances
The first musical performance was delivered by Samnova, who thrilled the audience with an outstanding performance.
This was followed by energetic performances from Timo Dunz and other talented artists, further energizing the atmosphere of the event.
Panel Sessions
Panel Session One:
Theme: “Navigating Career Success in a Digital Age”
Moderator: Mr. Olaniyi Jayeola (Olanite)
- Mr. Agboola spoke on the importance of redefining money beyond currency, emphasizing value creation. He encouraged ACYA to champion youth reorientation on financial literacy and value-driven success.
- Pastor Falola highlighted the need for stronger collaboration between schools and religious institutions, noting that many youths who could benefit from such engagements were absent.
- Mr. Gbenga Oladipe stressed the importance of continuous self-development for individuals of all ages.
Keynote Address
The Keynote Speaker, Dr. Hassan Adelakun, commended ACYA’s leadership for its consistency and impactful achievements over the past three years. Speaking on the theme “Three Years of Impact, Infinite Possibilities,” he encouraged youths to associate with value-driven organizations such as ACYA. He also emphasized the influence of music and creativity, even within critical professions like medicine.
Panel Session Two:
Theme: “From Side Hustle to Sustainable Business”
Moderator: Omidan Oni Sukurat
- Mr. Sikiru Idowu Adelakun shared an inspiring personal journey, offering practical lessons, real-life experiences, and strategies for building sustainable businesses.
Awards Presentation
The Ayetoro Gems & Trailblazers Awards segment was a major highlight of the event. All award recipients expressed deep gratitude, while attendees affirmed that the honorees were well-deserving and truly inspirational.
