OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE DEPLORABLE NEGLIGENCE OF A SCHOOL IN AGBOR, DELTA STATE

We, Behind Bar Human Rights Agbor , are utterly dismayed and appalled by the egregious breach of duty of care exhibited by the school management in handling the case of a minor who suffered a grievous eye injury.

A child reported to their teacher that they had been subjected to a violent blow to the eye.
The teacher callously dismissed the child without taking adequate measures to ensure their safety and well-being.
Four days later, the child's eye pain intensified, prompting the father to seek urgent medical attention.
The child was referred to multiple hospitals, including FMC Asaba and UBTH Benin, where it was unequivocally confirmed that the eye is irreparably damaged and necessitates immediate surgical intervention (₦4,000,000) to prevent further damage.

The school proprietor had the temerity to question the father's decision to seek medical attention and refused to accept responsibility for the child's injury.
Despite charging an exorbitant ₦40,000 per term, the school has refused to provide support or take accountability for their manifest negligence.

We categorically condemn the school management's actions, which demonstrate a blatant disregard for the child's welfare and a callous indifference to their suffering.

We pose the following questions:

How could a minor in your custody be subjected to such neglect. Where was the teacher when the incident occurred, and why did they fail to discharge their duty of care?
Is this not a prima facie case of school negligence?

We demand that the school prioritizes the child's welfare and assumes full responsibility for the medical costs. The safety and well-being of Nigerian children must be paramount! 💔

We Seize to Publish the name of the School Yet, But if they fail the Comply, Everything will Be published

Case of the 13 yrs that was defiled and got Pregnant by 43 yrs man

On the 30th of November 2025 we had a distress call at around 8:45pm regarding a case of a 13th years old girl that was defiled and had a pregnancy of 7months for their neighbor whose 43 years of age prior to that information we swung into action and got the man arrested.

The said girl said on a faithful day she came back from school and locked herself inside the house as she was directed by her mother only for her to hear a knock on the door She thought it was her mother so she went to open the door only for her to see the said man standing in front of the door. She then asked if he needed anything then the man entered the house and forced himself on her then warned her not to talk else he would k!ll her so out of fear she couldn’t tell her mother about her ordeal with their neighbor.

She later said the man has slept with her about 4 times and now she’s pregnant. From the medical report she’s 7months pregnant.

Currently the man is at the divisional police station and would be transferred to the state CID for further investigation.

OFFICIAL PRESS STATEMENT FROM BEHIND BAR AGBOR CHAPTER

REF: MURDER OF COMRADE CHRISTABEL AMINU

We, the members of Behind Bar Agbor Chapter, are deeply saddened by the brutal murder of our gallant member, Comrade Christabel Aminu. On October 25th, 2025, at around 7:00 am, we received the distressing news of her tragic demise.

Upon receiving the news, we immediately proceeded to Agbor Police Station to confirm the incident and offer our support to the bereaved family. During our visit, we were informed that the father and gateman of the late Comrade Christabel Aminu had been arrested in connection with the incident.

We collaborated with the police and facilitated the transfer of the case to the Asaba SCID for thorough investigation. Following the investigation, it was confirmed that the prime suspect had targeted the father to suffer unjustly, leading to his release.

The investigation revealed that the suspect had committed a heinous crime, murdering Comrade Christabel Aminu during an attempted robbery at her residence. Further interrogation revealed that the suspect had also confessed to killing Uwaila Omozua, a 200-level student at the University of Benin, inside a church.

We sincerely Thank the O.C Homicide and the IPO officer Maxwell for taking these matters seriously and Never tried to Compromise, Your Service to Humanity is Highly Noted

We condem this brutal act and demand justice for our fallen comrade and victims of such heinous crimes. We commend the police for their swift action and assure the public of our continued support for the investigation.

Note: Stop Spreading Fake Romure that it was Dad that sent him
Thank you
