Topic: Mind your business.
Text: John 21:22 "Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me."

Message: If you have no destination, every activity along the line becomes very attractive. If you have no plans, you will be involved in every plans. If you have no focus, everything will be attractive.

Busy bodies are busy with just everything except their own business. It happens in the spirit. You see people who are not doing well spiritually, you know who fakes the tongue speaking, you know those who are sleeping together out of Wedlock. You can summarise everyone's life if you have just an hour.

At your work place, you are the one that knows just about everything and everyone and their secrets. You are not a child of God.! That isn't what the Lord has called us to do. That is not Christ-like.

We have a destination; heaven, we have a goal, to be like Christ. We follow just one person; Jesus! the son of God. If you agree, you won't stop going to church because a pastor backslided, you won't join them to criticise churches, you won't be everywhere looking for fake or real men of God. You will take up your cross and follow Jesus.

As a church leader, I learned about this a very long time ago. It doesn't matter who is following, it matter whom I am following. I have no anxiety or headache whatsoever about anyone who in good faith stop coming to church or following me. I keep a clear conscience.

Mind your business. Healer, heal yourself. Stop going about with logs of wood in your eyes and looking for people to help with little dust in their eyes. You won't arrive anywhere if you are everywhere, you will definitely arrive no where. Mind your business.

Recognising your business is the greatest discovery a man will ever make. You cant help everyone. You can't do everything. Everyone can't love you. Everyone can't follow you or your opinion. Mind your business.

Prayer: Dear God, we receive grace to Mind our businesses as we follow after you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Topic: Cry out.
Text: Matthew 14:30 "But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me."

Message: I have yet to find anyone saved unconsciously. I have yet to find anyone left by an habit or addiction. Every salvation is a deliberate act of repentance.

Would Jesus have watched Peter die of sinking? Well, I don't think so. The fact remains that he cried out for help anyway. Would blind Bartimeous have recieved his sight had he not cried out? Definitely no! Jairus would have buried his daughter had he not run out to Christ for help.

Wisdom is knowing when you can no longer help yourself. Wisdom is in knowing when to cry out loud unashamedly, wisdom is in knowing when to cry out for the help that you need.

If you are bent on keeping your pride, you will keep your problems. If you are bent on maintaining silence, you will maintain your status. Babies don't birth themselves, people birth to them. If you won't wear humility like a garment and seek help, some situations don't just dissappear.

You have tried on your own and failed. Not once but several times. Why try again?. You have fought the addiction quietly but it wouldn't leave you quietly. You have alternative in crying out. Help is always available but to those who can cry out enough for help to hear.

Its not a crime to fall. You won't be the first. Cry out for help. You are not the first to battle addiction, seek help. Problems are part of human existence, cry out. Peter didn't mind other disciples watching, he ignored if they could mock later. He ignored the wind, the waves and the waters, he cried out for help and got the help that he needed. Will you cry out today?.

Message: Dear God, we receive grace to be humble enough to seek all the helps that we need. In Jesus name. Amen.

Topic: Dangers of instability.
Text: Genesis 49:4 "Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch."

Message: Many people think that the major sin of Ruben was sleeping with his father's wife but no. Beyond that, he was an unstable individual. That instability was the root of his misdemeanor.

Unstable people don't excel. Prayer or fasting notwithstanding. No seed bear fruits being unstable with the ground. No exercise, discipline or hardwork bear any tangible result in instability.

If unstable people make you a promise, hear it, don't keep it at heart. When they make plans, they aren't planning, they are playing. They are always at the edge. Moody, unpredictable, indecisive, always on the move, and very spontaneous.

An unstable individual can build for years and pull it down in a day. They can be so friendly today and very hostile tomorrow. They are emotional. They dont really know what they want. They are always changing their minds, never patient and don't consider consequences.

Beware of unstable individual, becareful of such traits in your life. Separating or totally avoiding ungrateful people is never a sin. They won't help you. If they do, they will destroy you. Unstable people are ungrateful people, they don't remember any good you have done. They will betray you over and over before the c**k crows.

Unstable people can't keep secrets. If someone can tell you damning secrets about themselves not out of repentance but just over talking. Run! Thats not someone to tell your secret. They will tell the word. Unstable people can be your confidant today and be your broadcaster tomorrow.

Do you know an unstable individual? avoid them. Are you one? Run back to God. Instability is a natural state that attracts curses. A natural ingredient that guarantees failure. Beware!

Devotion: Spirit Pills.
Month: Standard for living.
Topic: know why you suffer.
Text: 1Peter 4:15 "But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters."

Message: salvation is no guarantee of a life without trial, it is the guarantee for a life of triumph. It is not the guarantee for a life of no challenges but for a life of victory.

It is important anyway to know where your challenges and suffering comes from. It is not everyone that left for the cross that went to die for the sin of others. Some die there for their personal sin. Not everyone being persecuted if for righteoness sake.

It is better to be lied against and suffer for it than to suffer for your lies. If you are persecuted for righteousness sake, Jesus said you are blessed but if you are persecuted for your wrong doings, can you be blessed?

The guilty can only plead for mercy only the righteous can fight their cases. Do not be decieved, not every problem you go through is from the devil, some are self inflicted. In that case, can you rebuke satan? You can only run to God for mercy.

When you are caught in the trap of satan, that is not the time to claim your place in Christ. Its a time to beg Christ. When you are suffering for the evil you did, you are not being persecuted but prosecuted.

There are lawful captives you know? You can't be angry that i messaged you to demand my money if you owe me. But if i dont owe you, i have every right to stop you from messaging me. Stop having what belongs to satan and acting like you dont know him.

There is a place of mercy for the messy but dont be a prodigal son approaching the father like the one in the house all along. Don't be surprised or emotional that you feed with the pigs if you left the house in the first place. When you suffer for sin and you still claim your right, that is avoidance but what you need is repentance.

Prayer: Dear God grant us humble and repentant spirit. In Jesus name. Amen.

Topic: Leave sin. Part 2.
Text: 1 John 3:8 "He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil."

Message: You can't be my son. Look and act like another man, not in my family or your mother's family. Then you are a bastard. If you claim to be a child of God and continue to sin; you are a bastard.!

Every fruits is determined by their seeds. Every tree is determined by their family. You are only bearing the fruits that are seeded in you. The kind that you are is proved by the act you display openly or secretly.

Follow me closely. The text says, "He that commits sin," which means someone who actively lives in sin. Someone who sits, plans to sin. Someone who is not done yet with sin, someone who happily continues to sin. Such people can't claim to be children of God.

The day a mad man knows he's mad, he's healed.! The day you recognise the madness and low standard of sin, you are free. The day you say enough is enough with sin. You are certified a child of God.

The son of God came to destroy the works of the devil, right? How can you be doing that same work of the devil God sent his son to destroy? Yet, you are claiming to be God's child? Please explain to me?

I have yet to hear that sin left anyone. No! It doesn't. It accompanies even to the grave. It is people that would leave sin. If you won't leave your sin, your sin will not leave you.

There is no better time to quit any sin than right now! No better day than today. The longer you stay in sin, the more difficult it is to quit. No matter how little or much one thing is sure; sin stings and sinks.

Prayer: Dear God, grant us grace to leave sin. In Jesus' name. Amen.
