16 Days of Activism
Violence against women and girls isn’t a private matter. It’s a crisis that breaks homes, silences dreams and weakens the society we hope to build. As we observe the 2025 16 Days of Activism, Center for Advocacy, Development and Rights (CADAR) is calling for louder voices, stronger systems and communities that refuse to look away.
GBV isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it hides in silence, shame or fear.
But every survivor deserves safety, justice and a life free from harm.
Let’s teach boys respect.
Let’s teach girls confidence.
Let’s hold abusers accountable.
Let’s build communities where protection is a shared responsibility.
Ending GBV starts with one action, one ally, one conversation at a time.
And together, we can end it for good.
