To create a network of knowledgeable and inspirational channels and mechanisms for the promotion of socio-economic, environmental and cultural developments between selected African countries, St. Operational modality: The ACHA is a registered Foundation and operates out of St. Maarten, as it’s logistical hub in the Caribbean, and in Nigeria West Africa. This modality enables outreach to other Caribbean and African countries, it will facilitate opportunities to further contribute to improvements in the quality of lives of thousands, particularly of youth and women.
