In 2021 joined Raising Global Leaders… just as a volunteer.

Nothing big.
Just showing up, supporting, being part of the process.

At that time, she was still like many young people
trying, learning, but not fully clear on what next.

Somewhere along the line, something shifted.
She saw more.
She wanted more.

Not just to volunteer…..
but to actually grow.

So in 2022, she made a decision
she applied for the mentorship program.
She got in....

And that was where things really started to change.
Through the sessions, the conversations, the guidance…
she began to understand herself better.

Her thinking changed.
Her direction became clearer.

She started seeing possibilities she didn’t see before.

It didn’t happen overnight.
But growth happened.
Today, Divine-Favour also known as ShesalesAfrica
is currently running her Master’s program in Israel.

Same person who once just volunteered in 2021...

But with a different mindset,
different exposure,
different results.
Sometimes, it’s not that people don’t have potential…

They just haven’t entered the right environment yet.

Good Friday reminds us that the greatest impact often comes through sacrifice.

It challenges us to lead with compassion, humility, and purpose.
