The Abuja Chamber Of Commerce And Industry - ACCI is taking a major step toward strengthening fraud investigation and supporting the business community through a deepened partnership with the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN).
ACCI President, Chief Akajiugo Emeka Obegolu, SAN, recently welcomed a CIFCFIN delegation led by President & Chairman of Council, Dr. Iliyasu Yerima Gashinbaki, and Registrar/CEO, Prof. Aruwan Sulaiman. The visit served to appreciate ACCI for naming its multi-purpose cooperative building after Dr. Gashinbaki—a well-deserved recognition of his immense contributions to the Chamber's cooperative initiative over the years.
Key Highlight: To further expand our support for businesses, ACCI is exploring the establishment of a state-of-the-art Forensic Laboratory at our BEST Centre! This strategic collaboration will provide specialized digital forensics, documentation, and fraud prevention services to the Nigerian business community.
With the backing of our leadership, including 1st Deputy President Prof. Adesoji Adesugba and Director-General Mr. Agabaidu Jideani, ACCI remains dedicated to driving initiatives that promote professionalism, economic development, and institutional accountability.
