Today, I mark another year of God's unfailing faithfulness with a heart full of gratitude. Every birthday is more than the passage of time; it is a reminder that life is a sacred trust, measured not by the years we live, but by the purpose we pursue, the lives we touch, and the values we uphold.

As I embrace this new chapter, I do so with renewed conviction that the greatest legacy is one of service, integrity, compassion, and steadfast commitment to the common good. I am grateful for every lesson, every challenge that has refined my character, and every opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

To everyone who has remembered me with prayers, kind wishes, and goodwill, I sincerely thank you. Your love and encouragement are treasured beyond words.

Here's to another year of purpose, growth, and impact.

Happy Birthday to me !

It was indeed a honour to join distinguished Nigerians at the launch and public presentation of "Reflections of a Shepherd", a thought-provoking work by renowned journalist James Swam in honour of Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah, held at the Catholic Secretariat, Durumi, Abuja, alongside Distinguished Senator Sunday Marshal Katung.

More than a tribute, Reflections of a Shepherd is a deep intellectual compendium that chronicles the wisdom, courage, and enduring philosophy of Bishop Kukah. Its pages illuminate his compelling reflections on faith, leadership, justice, democracy, nation-building, and the moral responsibility of citizens and leaders alike. It is a timely contribution to scholarship and an enduring resource for all who seek a more just, united, and prosperous Nigeria.

I commend James Swam, a journalist of commendable standing from Southern Kaduna, for preserving the thoughts and legacy of one of Nigeria's finest public intellectuals, while celebrating Bishop Kukah's untiring commitment to truth, peace, and national renewal.

May this remarkable work continue to inspire minds, shape public discourse, and guide future generations.

Today, I obtained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)'s Forms EC13D and EC9, marking an important procedural progress as I prepare to seek re-election to represent the good people of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives during the 2027 general elections.

This defining moment would mean little without the confidence and support of my constituents, whose trust has remained the driving force behind our shared journey. For this unshaken faith and encouragement, I am grateful, and remain committed to deepening the service-focused representation that has defined our collective progress.

That same spirit of service has continued to flourish under the exemplary leadership of His Excellency, President Bola Asiwaju Tinubu, GCFR, our dear Governor, Uba Sani, CON, and my colleague and Boss, the indefatigable People's Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, Ph.D, GCON, whose guidance, support, and encouragement have remained invaluable.

Equally deserving of commendation are the dedicated drivers of the movement. Their steadfast commitment, resilience, and selfless efforts have transformed a shared vision into a growing movement of hope and progress.

With this important step taken, I look forward to the future with renewed resolve that, together, we will consolidate our achievements and accomplish even more for the people of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency.

My Dear Constituents,

Three years ago, you entrusted me with the honour of representing Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. As I reflect on this journey, I do so with profound gratitude and a renewed sense of responsibility.

Despite the economic and developmental challenges of our time, we have remained committed to responsive and people-centred representation. HAPPY DEMOCRACY DAY !

I extend my warm felicitations to the good people of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency and all Nigerians on this historic occasion, June 12 Democracy Day.

June 12 occupies a special place in our national consciousness. It is a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by courageous men and women who stood in defence of the people's right to freely choose their leaders.

Beyond its historical significance, it has become a symbol of the resilience of the Nigerian spirit, the supremacy of the popular will, and the relentless quest for a nation founded on justice, equity, and democratic governance.

While our democratic journey has witnessed challenges and imperfections, it has also demonstrated the remarkable capacity of Nigerians to remain steadfast in their belief in constitutional governance and peaceful political engagement. We must therefore continue to strengthen our democratic institutions, promote unity across our diverse communities, and work collectively towards a future of greater opportunities, security, and prosperity for all.

On this Democracy Day, I reaffirm my commitment to providing purposeful representation, advancing policies that improve livelihoods, and championing initiatives that contribute to the growth and development of our constituency, Kaduna state and Nigeria.

May the lessons and legacy of June 12 continue to inspire us to uphold the values of freedom, justice, service, and national unity.

Happy Democracy Day !

Hon. Daniel Amos
Member, House of Representatives
