Depressive symptoms can feel like a dark place that seems impossible to get out of.

It can be hard to see yourself as a worthy person. However, without healthy coping mechanisms, these negative thoughts and feelings can cause long-term damage to your mental, emotional, and even physical health.

Practice positive affirmations. You can choose to be extra intentional about it by looking yourself in the mirror while you say it

With Valentine’s day come and gone it can be depressing to see all the sites and sounds of those happy couples who went on dates and exchanged beautiful gifts but don’t be discouraged🤗

Choose to love you, choose to make you cheerful for that's the way to live this life
