Abuja Original Inhabitants Youths Empowerment Org

Abuja Original Inhabitants Youths Empowerment Org AOIYEO has been an indigenous peoples’ association for over a decade before formally obtaining its registered status as a Non-Governmental Organization.

Ferocious and unrelenting drive for the emancipation and unification of Abuja Original Inhabitants, through the adoption of diverse feasible advocacy models, focused on rights protection, justice, unity, empowerment, development, and gender inclusiveness The transfer of Nigeria's capital city from Lagos to Abuja in 1992 was unfairly implemented; this has and is still affecting the original inhabit

ants of Abuja negatively, from inadequate, pending or/and no resettlement of the Natives, to an inconclusive governance structure that sidelines the Natives, and the deplorable deficit of compensation, empowerment, and development initiatives for the Natives. Abuja Original Inhabitants Youths Empowerment Organization (AOIYEO) is an initiative to lead the advocacy for justice, empowerment, and development for the indigenous people of Abuja, we have presented ourselves to serve, and have presented our people an umbrella that they can all come under to speak and act in unison. We have been behind some of the applaudable progress that Abuja Natives have made in their demand for justice, and have intervened in situations of conflict and protected the Natives’ interest in tables of negotiations, and our scholarships and other acts of charity has extended to each of the 858 indigenous communities of Abuja.

APPRECIATION OPENS DOORS FOR MORE.
When someone does Good to you and you genuinely Appreciate it, you’re not just saying Thank you, You’re Creating Space for more.
People are wired to repeat Actions that get recognized, When you Acknowledge what they did, you show them two things:
1. THEIR EFFORT MATTERED. It wasn’t wasted or invisible.
2. YOU’RE SOMEONE WHO NOTICES. You don’t take kindness for granted.

That combination makes it easier to ask them for help again later, and easier for them to say yes. Why? Because the first experience was rewarding. You validated them.
No one wants to keep Giving to Someone who acts Antitled or Indifferent, But when Appreciation comes first, the next request doesn’t feel like a demand. It feels like trust.

Think of it like this: Appreciation is the receipt that proves the first Transaction went well, Once they see you Valued it, they’re more Open to doing Business with you again.

When you Appreciate someone for the good they did, you’re not Ending the story. You’re Giving them a reason to Write the next Chapter with you. Gratitude today is the invitation for help tomorrow.

In life, you'll meet 2 kinds of people. The ones who build you up and the ones who tear you down. In the end, you'll thank them both.
