At CALDEV, every new month reminds us that the work of shaping lives, nurturing values, and building responsible young leaders is a journey worth committing to.

As we officially draw the curtains on CLAP 2.0, our hearts are filled with profound gratitude and hope for the future.

The vision to raise a generation of informed, equipped, and purpose-driven young people has become a truly remarkable journey of learning, discovery, and transformation. Beyond the knowledge shared, CLAP 2.0 created an atmosphere where curiosity was ignited, confidence was built, and minds were inspired to dream bigger.

This experience has been just as rewarding for our facilitators as it has been for the students. Every classroom, every conversation, every question asked, and every moment of engagement reminded us why investing in the next generation remains one of the greatest assignments we can undertake. Watching these young minds embrace new ideas and practical skills has been both humbling and inspiring.

To the management, principals, administrators, and staff of every school that welcomed CLAP 2.0, thank you for believing in this vision. Your commitment, collaboration, and unwavering support ensured the seamless ex*****on of this initiative. We deeply appreciate your partnership and your shared passion for shaping tomorrow's leaders. We do not take your trust for granted.

As this edition comes to a close, our expectation is that the seeds planted will continue to bear fruit. We are confident that every participant will become a positive influence within their schools, homes, communities, and beyond, leading with excellence, integrity, innovation, and purpose.

New week. Fresh energy. Greater impact.

Students showed up with enthusiasm, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn more through the Character and Leadership Advocacy Program (CLAP). Their active participation and thoughtful engagement reaffirm that young minds flourish when given the opportunity to grow.

To celebrate their commitment and outstanding contributions during the session, a number of students were rewarded with gifts, small tokens to encourage excellence, participation, and continuous learning.

Character and Leadership Advocacy Program- CLAP

Yesterday, CALDEV proudly joined the global community in celebrating the Day of the African Child, a day dedicated to recognizing the rights, potential, and aspirations of every African child.

Through our Character and Leadership Advocacy Program, we had the privilege of engaging with the bright and promising students of Hepzibah Bilingual School Karu, where we facilitated enlightening sessions on key issues that contribute to their holistic development. From personal growth and education to life skills, child rights, and responsible decision-making, the discussions were designed to empower young minds with the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive.
The CLAP initiative is a platform where every child have access to invaluable information, opportunities, and a supportive environment that enables them to reach their full potential. Investing in children today is investing in a stronger, more prosperous Africa tomorrow.

We extend our appreciation to the management, staff, and students of Hepzibah Bilingual School for their warm reception and active participation. Together, we continue to nurture a generation of informed, empowered, and resilient young leaders.

Today, the CALDEV team had an inspiring engagement with the students of Government Science Technical College (GSTC) Garki, in continuation of the Character and Leadership Advocacy Program.

The session challenged students to see beyond the classroom and recognize the power of their ideas, skills, and potential to solve real-world problems. Through meaningful conversations and active participation, we explored how innovation begins with curiosity, continuous learning, and the courage to take action.
