The Augustine Ike Foundation is not just about installing solar power systems in hospitals and schools across rural Nigeria.

Today, I had the honour of meeting with Chief Amb. Eka A'adu Dickson to present the vision and mandate of the Augustine Ike Foundation, as well as our inaugural project—the solar electrification of Itakpa Primary Health Care Centre in Obi Local Government Area of Benue State.

The meeting was fruitful and encouraging. Amb. Eka commended the initiative and its potential to improve healthcare delivery for the people of Itakpa and neighboring communities. He also expressed his willingness to support the project and promised to contribute toward the purchase of the 4kVA Smart MPPT Hybrid Felicity Inverter, one of the critical components of the solar power system.

We are grateful for his encouragement and belief in this vision. Support and partnerships such as this bring us closer to our goal of providing reliable electricity to the health centre.
