Fr. Zaka Ahuche talking on the theme "Non-Violent Elections: The Role of Faith and traditional Leaders in Nigeria".

The address by the Co-Chairs of the Inter-faith Dialogue Forum for Peace (IDFP) welcomed participants to the 8th General Assembly, the launch of the Inter-faith Code of Conduct (ICoC), and the National Peace Conference. It emphasized that Nigeria faces growing challenges such as hate speech, religious intolerance, ethnic division, insecurity, misinformation, and violent extremism, making peacebuilding an urgent national priority.

Taking care of your mental health is just as critical as maintaining your physical fitness, financial stability, or career progression. Yet, society expects men "to be a man", "grit your teeth and bear it" mentality. True strength isn't about carrying an overwhelming load alone until you break; it's about knowing how to manage the weight effectively.
Dear women, talk with the men in your lives, let them know it's okay to be heavily burden let them know they aren't alone and if they are experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, or other mental health difficulties, there are many places they can go to for support.
