The delegation of NIFAA led by its Executive Director, Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha had a Strategic Engagement meeting with the Hon. Minister for Health Prof. Muhammed Ali Pate at the Federal Ministry of Health. The Executive Director gave an address to the Minister where he gave a detailed information about the National and International impact NIFAA has both the past and present in the Health sector, adding that NIFAA has been acknowledged by global leaders.
He also spoke about how NIFAA has been proud of its unique model, which leverages the influence of faith leaders to build capacity and raise awareness and mobilise communities to increase Health service uptake across Nigeria.
He particularly talked about How NIFAA is focused and also how it can partner and help achieve the aims and objectives of the Ministry which is possible with the Hon. Minister’s support. He then requested for his continued support both personally and institutionally as they look forward to a greater collaboration in the future in service to Nigerian people.
