The office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation in collaboration with Prime Unique Women Initiative and Forward Edge Consulting Ltd. organized a 4 day study tour on e-Governance,Innovation and Resilience in Nairobi Kenya 16-19 Dec 2025.

The studytour was designed to upscale e-Governance frameworks sighting formidable systems setup in Kenya.
Participants from various MDAs from Nigeria participated alongside their Kenyan counterpart.
The programme took place as the Swiss- Belinn Hotel in Nairobi

This study tour is a very practical, high-value program designed to expose leaders to how digital governance, innovation, and cybersecurity are being implemented successfully in Kenya. Participants will learn directly from institutions like Konza Technopolis, ICTA, and major digital innovation hubs — not just classroom sessions.

It brings together both public and private sector executives, with facilitators from Nigeria and Kenya, making the sessions very relevant and applicable to our environment. The fee also covers accommodation, training, institutional visits, cultural experiences, local logistics, and certificates, so participants only need to focus on learning.

Overall, it’s a well-structured, impactful program that strengthens leadership capacity, digital readiness, and institutional resilience — with valuable networking and real exposure to working digital systems in Africa.

A 4 DAY CAPACITY BUILDING FOR WOMEN AND YOUTHS ON LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO ENHANCE DEMOCRATIC VALUES FOR NATION BUILDING IN kigali-Rwanda. Nov 3-6 2025.

Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation in collaboration with Prime Unique Women Initiative is organizing a 4 Day Capacity Building on Leadership & Management Skills to enhance Democratic Values for Nation Building scheduled to hold at 2000 Hotel, Kigali Rwanda on 3rd - 6th November, 2025.

The visit and interactive discourse will avail participants the opportunity to learn and imbibe lessons learnt from the experiences of their Rwandan counterparts, and at the end of the event, participant will:
Learn the Rwandan perspective on leadership development as change agent in cascading government policies.
Understand the role of women and youths in conflict resolution and peace building to enhance peaceful co-existence in Nigeria.

Become empowered as potential influencers in policy initiation, formulation, and implementation for enhancement of good governance and strengthening of family and institutions.
Strengthening the capacity of women and youths to enhance crisis management, reconciliation, and prevention of criminal violence in the community.
Develop leadership resilience of women and youths to mobilize support for community safety and human security.

In line with the Government Renewed Hope policy thrust,this prog was organised by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation(OSGF).
This prog was designed to upscale management skills and improve leadership performance in governance for nation-building.
June 23-26 2025 ,Hilton Bomonti, Istabul-Turkiye.
The participants were leaders in their respective organisations/ states.Hence, this prog was designed to build more capacity for them and their delegates.
This was the first batch, and participants were drawn from:
Mins of Information .
The National Assembly.
Nigerian inland Waterways Authority .
Military pension board.
University of Abuja.
Etc.
