We’re collaborating with Nigerian Bar Association, Garki Branch and All Arbitrates International to discuss ‘Negotiating and Drafting Website Development Contracts’

Most disputes between clients and web developers happen in the gaps between expectations, deliverables and ownership.

Join us for a practical session on what to agree before you build, how to write it down, and how to avoid expensive “misunderstandings.”

Whether you’re a lawyer, founder, designer, developer or just someone who wants their website to function optimally, this session will give you an unfair advantage.

In the light of the growing trend of targeting and victimisation of content creators, the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association Nigeria has called on law enforcement agencies to end the harassment and stigmatisation of Nigerian Content Creators and Tech Entrepreneurs.

We reaffirm our commitment to protecting creators rights and ensuring that the law remains a tool for empowerment, not intimidation.

Creators are not criminals, they are entrepreneurs, storytellers and innovators building Nigeria's digital economy.
