EMPOWERED FOR IMPACT.
I had the incredible privilege of participating in a two-day intensive Resource Mobilization Training organized by the Nigeria To***co Control Alliance (NTCA), with the generous support of the Africa Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF).
This high-impact training brought together committed alliance members for a journey of deep learning, meaningful collaboration, and strategic development — all aimed at strengthening our collective fight for a to***co-free Nigeria.
Day One Highlights:
We kicked off by revisiting and refining the Five-Year Strategic Imperative Plan of the Alliance — a critical step in aligning our vision with actionable, sustainable outcomes. The sessions that followed were nothing short of transformative:
- Strategic Pillars and Resource Alignment
- Beyond Fundraising: Building Long-Term Value
- Navigating the Nigerian Context
Each session opened up new perspectives on sustainable resource mobilization within our unique operating environment.
Day Two Highlights:
The momentum continued with skill-building sessions that truly equipped us to move from planning to ex*****on:
- The Blueprint and the Narrative
- The Art of Proposal Writing
- From Plan to Action
These sessions weren’t just theoretical — they were practical, interactive, and rooted in real-world challenges and solutions.
It was two days of fully packed knowledge impartation, collaboration, and strategic thinking with fellow alliance members — all united by a shared mission to drive policy change, save lives, and build a healthier future for all Nigerians.
Grateful to NTCA and ACBF for this empowering opportunity. I'm walking away with renewed energy, sharper tools, and a deeper commitment to our shared cause. Together, we rise.
