ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! 💔

While many families celebrate, several kidnapped children are still in captivity, separated from their loved ones and forced to live in fear. Their cries for help cannot continue to be ignored.

Impress Community Aid and Support Organisation (ImpressAid) calls on the Government and all relevant security agencies to intensify efforts toward the immediate and safe rescue of these children.
Every child deserves safety.
Every family deserves peace.
Every moment in captivity is one too many.

We stand with the affected families in prayers and solidarity, hoping for the safe return of every child still held captive.

EID MUBARAK 🌙

As we celebrate this blessed season, our hearts remain with families spending Eid in uncertainty, communities affected by insecurity, and those unable to celebrate in peace.

May this Eid bring comfort to the grieving, safety to the vulnerable, hope to the displaced, and peace to our nation.

Eid Mubarak from all of us at

"What isn’t recorded gets denied.
And what gets denied gets repeated.

Eight years after the first National Day of Mourning, Nigeria is still counting its dead, documenting attacks, naming communities, and asking why warnings are ignored, why responses come late, and why justice disappears after the condolence visit.

But when the response does not come, the record must remain.

Because survivors must not be made invisible.
Because official silence must not bury the truth.
Because Nigerian lives matter."Ken Henshaw

At the Global Rights National Day of Mourning — a day to remember those we have lost to mass atrocities.

Support a Child’s Tuition Fee 📚💙
No child should be denied education because of financial challenges. For many vulnerable children, paying tuition fees remains a major barrier to staying in school and achieving their dreams.

By supporting a child’s tuition fee, you are giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better future for themselves and their communities.

Every contribution, no matter how small, brings a child one step closer to education and a brighter tomorrow. Together, we can keep hope alive through learning.

On May 15, 2026, schools in both Oyo and Borno States came under violent attack, leaving families devastated and communities in fear.

In Oriire LGA, Oyo State, armed gunmen stormed Baptist Nursery & Primary School, Community Grammar School, and L.A Primary School. Pupils, teachers, and school staff were abducted. Vice Principal Mr. Alamu Folawe was taken, while Assistant Headmaster Mr. Adesiyan tragically lost his life.

In Askira-Uba LGA, Borno State, suspected Boko Haram/ISWAP insurgents invaded M***a Primary and Junior Secondary School. Many students are feared abducted after the attackers struck shortly after military patrols left the area.

Education should never become a death sentence.

Every child deserves the right to learn in safety. Every teacher deserves protection while shaping the future of our nation.

ImpressAid strongly condemns these attacks and calls for:

🔹 Immediate search and rescue operations for all abducted victims
🔹 Urgent security audits across vulnerable schools
🔹 Stronger community-based early warning and protection systems
🔹 Increased collaboration between government, security agencies, and development partners to safeguard schools

Silence only emboldens violence. Collective action saves lives.

📢 Raise your voice. Share this post. Tag relevant authorities. Demand safer schools for every Nigerian child.

💧 GIVE WATER, GIVE LIFE 💧

Some legacies never fade.
They continue to touch lives, bring hope, and make a difference long after we are gone.

Through the ImpressAid Water Aid Project, you can donate a community water well in memory of a loved one creating a lasting symbol of compassion, humanity, and love.

A single water well can provide clean and safe water to families, reduce hardship, improve health, and restore dignity to entire communities. What better way to honour a cherished memory than by giving the gift of life through clean water?

This is more than a donation.
It is a legacy that continues to speak through every drop.

You can support or sponsor a water well project today and help bring hope closer to vulnerable communities in need.

Every drop counts. Every life matters. 💙

A New Era for Teacher Education in Nigeria! 🇳🇬

Impress Community Aid and Support Organisation celebrates the approval and implementation of the Continuous Five (5)-Year NCE–Degree Programme by the National Commission for Colleges of Education.

This remarkable initiative creates a seamless academic pathway for students in Colleges of Education, allowing them to complete:
✅ 3 years of NCE studies
✅ Plus 2 additional years to obtain a Degree qualification.

With this new structure, eligible NCE graduates can now transition directly into 300 Level within the same academic system, making higher education more accessible, coordinated, and efficient.

This development is a major step toward strengthening the education sector and empowering future educators across Nigeria.

We commend the Federal Ministry of Education and the National Commission for Colleges of Education for this progressive move toward improving teacher education and expanding opportunities for young Nigerians.

Congratulations to all NCE students, aspirants, and stakeholders nationwide. The future of education is brighter.

Impress Community Aid and Support Organisation (ImpressAid) joined a powerful gathering of young innovators and changemakers at the World Earth Day programme hosted by YouPaD,an experience that sparked reflection, learning, and renewed commitment to environmental sustainability.

The event brought together diverse voices across the recycling ecosystem, where conversations moved beyond seeing plastic as mere waste to recognizing it as a resource with real economic value. Through shared experiences and practical insights, one message stood clear: sustainable change requires a shift in mindset, systems, and action.

As highlighted during the discussions, “Nothing is waste. Waste is only waste because we are wasteful.” This perspective challenges us all to rethink how we produce, use, and dispose of materials especially plastic.

For ImpressAid, this moment reinforces the importance of empowering communities—particularly young people with the knowledge and opportunities to turn environmental challenges into solutions. From advocating for responsible consumption to supporting innovation in recycling and waste management, the path forward is one of collective responsibility.

Earth Day may be marked on a single day, but its message calls for continuous action. The conversations sparked will continue to shape efforts toward building a cleaner, more sustainable future for all. 🌍♻️
