YLM Nigeria is an initiative promoted by Ekerete to inculcate in younger Nigerians the principles of good leadership through experience-sharing sessions. It began as a monthly interactive meeting for young people in their 20s who were guided on how to discover their gifts and use them to lead a life of influence. Several personalities were invited to come and share their experiences with the class

on different topics of life and the testimonies were astounding. In 2014, YLM shifted from talking at meetings to taking action on some of the problems we had identified around us. YLM has now been taken to kids whose minds can be easier guided and nurtured for the kind of leadership we anticipate for the new Nigeria
YLM is helping young people rethink opportunities that would lead to financial dependence on the Source!
