JonapwdNational JONAPWD - An umbrella organization of Persons with Disabilities established by the Federal Government

JONAPWD is an umbrella organization of persons with disability established in 1992 as a quasi nongovernmental entity to promote the rights and development of Nigerians with disabilities. JONAPWD is a full-fledged member of the International body called ‘Disabled People’s International (DPI). It serves as a link between Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) in Nigeria, the Federal Government of Nigeria, and the International Communities.
