Earlier today we completed the launch of our very first project for this Rotary year: the commissioning of modern traffic boxes along Yemi Osinbajo Boulevard, Abuja.
​In line with this year’s theme, “Creating Lasting Impact,” this initiative addresses a vital need in our city’s urban infrastructure, supporting those who keep our roads safe every single day.
​The Impact
​Supporting Traffic Personnel: Gives traffic officers designated, weather-sheltered stations to perform their duties safely and effectively regardless of rain or heat.
​Enhancing Road Safety & Flow: Helps reduce congestion at busy intersections, promoting safer driving conditions and smoother transit for commuters and pedestrians alike.
​Civic Pride & Order: Serves as a visible, long-lasting reminder of Rotary’s commitment to community development and public safety in the Federal Capital Territory.
​By investing in functional, sustainable infrastructure, we are doing more than managing traffic, we are building a safer, better-connected Abuja.
