Project Lead - Africa Centre for Citizens Orientation, Abuja, Nigeria
About the role
The Africa Centre for Citizens Orientation have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Fixed Term Project Lead to support his programs in Abuja and throughout the nation.
The position is full time and fixed term until December 2025 and you will be based in our Abuja Office.
What will you be doing?
1. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including defining business requirements, delivering solutions, and monitoring post-project closure.
2. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key people and act as the first point of contact to stakeholders and staff at your allocated organisation(s).
3. Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions for your allocated organisations as a part of established programmes.
4. Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers to ensure a positive experience of our programmes, including supporting them to work in teams.
5. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of programmes, using both qualitative and
quantitative data, collecting feedback, and writing reports.
About you
You will need a high level of knowledge and understanding about Project Development and Management.
You will need to be able to communicate clearly to internal and external services.
You will need to have a solutions driven and adaptable approach to working and have a positive approach to challenges. You will be able to smoothly manage processes whilst being able use your own initiative.
Accuracy is key and the ability to stay focused while working to tight deadlines.
