Hello everyone,
My name is Pablo Ngando Essaka and I am raising funds for the Sali Hoe Foundation, a Nigerian non-profit organization dedicated to fighting cervical, va**na, and uterine cancer. I am one of the co-organizers of this fundraiser.
Jennifer was just 30 years old when she was diagnosed with advanced cervical cancer after years of misdiagnosis and stigma. She was a wife and mother, abandoned by her husband and left to battle this devastating disease with minimal support. Despite receiving some assistance from our foundation, she lost her life in 2020. Sadly, her story is not unique—many women in Nigeria suffer similarly due to lack of awareness, late diagnosis, inadequate medical facilities, and the high cost of treatment.
At Sali Hoe Foundation, we have been working for 14 years to create awareness about cervical cancer, provide education in schools and communities, and support women who cannot afford treatment. We are now urgently raising funds to establish a FREE Cervical Cancer Screening and Vaccination Center equipped with automated machines. This center will provide women and girls across Nigeria with access to early screening, HPV vaccination, follow-up care, counseling, and support—regardless of their background or income.
Cervical cancer is almost entirely preventable through regular screening and vaccination, yet in Nigeria, one woman dies from it every hour (WHO). Ignorance, stigma, and lack of resources continue to put millions of women at risk.
We cannot do this alone. Your generous support will help save lives, pay for medical bills, fund educational programs, and ensure more Nigerian women have the chance to protect themselves and their families.
Please consider donating, sharing this post, or partnering with us in any way you can. Every contribution counts—whether it’s a donation, a prayer, or spreading the word.
Together, we can honor Jennifer’s legacy and work towards a future where no woman dies from cervical cancer in Nigeria.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
