Laughing Women Laughing Women is set to empower women by women who have faced challenges in life but God has brought them to a place Laughter and they want to share it.

This Ministry is set on the foundation of the word of God in Gen 21:6, where Sarah said, “God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me”. God has called us to take all women from a place of loneliness to a place where loneliness is lost but laughter is gained and this laughter is spread out to all women across the world. The Ministry is set to empower women by a

group of women who have experienced some key challenges in life but like Sarah God has brought them to a place of extreme laughter and they want the world to hear it. Our aim and mission is to provide opportunities for women to laugh in God and with each other, grow deeper in our faith and serve God with our laughter. THE PREMISE IS

about bringing women together from different parts of the world to experience laughter by closing the gap with laughter between now and those years where laughter has been ceased. engaging with women all around the world, God wants to remove the barriers of pain to initiate a lifelong laughter. We want to lift women with the help of the Holy Spirit from a place where they have been laughed at, to a place where they people will laugh with them to the glory of God. Teaching women how to experience laughter, move women from a place where they have forgotten to laugh due to the challenges in live to where they will laugh so much and infect others with laughter. We want to reach out to women who have only laughed outwardly driven by only environmental circumstances to be able to experience laughter inwardly through the help of the Holy Spirit. This Ministry is going to run by holding conferences and convention and retreat all over the world. We want to reach out to all levels of women including widows, daughters, married, single and separated, divorce women to laugh out our troubles, bring down the presence and fire of God that will initiate a lifetime laughter. Part of the laughing women ministry will have a charitable committee that will will work with prostitutes by reaching out to them on the streets, take them out of the street and bring them to a place of lifetime laughter.

Looking back at our Project, one thing still makes us smile, seeing young girls receive sanitary pads and the confidence that comes with knowing they can stay in school, participate fully, and dream bigger.

Sometimes, impact starts with something as simple as a conversation, a visit, or a sanitary pad.

As we continue counting down to our 10th anniversary, we're reminded that every project, every community visit, and every life touched has been part of a much bigger story.

It’s amazing how a simple pair of shoes can mean so much.

As we continue the countdown to our 10th anniversary, we’ve been looking back at some of the moments that remind us why this journey matters.

Children proudly showing off their new shoes, sharing smiles, laughter, and excitement that can’t be staged.

Over the years, the shoes project has been about more than footwear. It has been about dignity, confidence, inclusion, and ensuring that children have one less barrier standing between them and their education.

Looking through these memories, we’re reminded that impact is often found in the little things that make a big difference.

Ten years later, we’re still inspired by every child we reached, everyone who believed in the vision, and every supporter who helped make these moments possible.

The best part is that we’re just getting started.

A few days ago, we reached out to 20 widows in Abuja, providing each woman with a token of support as a simple reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

As we count down to our 10th anniversary, we are reminded that impact is not always measured by numbers alone, but by the smiles, hope, and dignity restored along the way.

Sometimes, a simple act of kindness can spark renewed hope, strengthen resilience, and remind someone that better days are ahead.

This outreach is one of many steps on our journey towards 10 years of empowering women, uplifting communities, and creating lasting impact.

And we're just getting started.

Ten years ago, we said "yes" to something we couldn't quite see the full picture of yet.

Fast forward to now, and that "yes" has turned into chapters, communities and sisterhoods scattered across the globe.

And this September, we're pausing to celebrate it properly.

Laughing Women is turning 10, and we're marking a decade of God's faithfulness with a Global Conference, a decade of impact, and a future of purpose we're only just stepping into. This isn't just an event, it's a homecoming. A moment to look back at everything we've walked through, everyone we've become, and everyone still on their way to us.

As we count down to 10 incredible years, we're taking a moment to reflect on the lives and communities we've been privileged to touch along the way.

One of those special moments was reaching out to our elderly mothers and fathers.
We shared laughter, lifted our voices in praise, offered heartfelt prayers, and extended hands of love and care.

For us, it has never been just about events. It's about people, connections, and showing God's love in practical ways.

Looking back, we're grateful for every life touched. Looking ahead, we're excited for the many more lives we will impact together.

The journey to 10 years continues... and the best is still to come.

Today, we’re reflecting on our visits to orphanages; the smiles, the laughter, the little conversations and those moments that reminded us why showing up matters.

For us, it was never just about what we brought along.

It was about:
• Spending time together
• Creating joyful memories
• Listening to the children
• Sharing love in simple, meaningful ways

And now, counting down to our 10th anniversary, we realise just how many beautiful moments have become part of this journey.

We may have visited to give, but we always left with something too; memories, gratitude and hearts a little fuller.

As we count down to our 10th Anniversary, some of our team members are sharing their hearts and reflecting on what Laughing Women has meant to them over the years.

For some, the journey began with a desire for a deeper relationship with God, spiritual growth, and the opportunity to walk alongside women of faith. Others were inspired by the passion to reach lives and share God's love through practical acts of service.

Looking back, they speak of a journey filled with growth, transformation, and countless testimonies. From experiencing greater peace and strengthened faith to personal and spiritual growth, their stories are a beautiful reminder that serving God through Laughing Women brings rewards beyond measure.

Our team members are grateful for how far God has brought us and excited about where He is leading us next. They also pray for greater strength, wisdom, and grace upon our Founder as she continues to lead with vision and purpose.
