FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL POLLING UNIT AMBASSADORS OF NIGERIA PUAN 13-06-2026

Dear Nigeria electorates at home and in diaspora. I bring you greetings from the Polling Unit Ambassadors of Nigeria PUAN national headquarters. In line with our collective vision and responsibility, to ensure poll integrity in Nigerian electioneering process, I am glad to announce that we seem to have arrived at the most practical way to attain this laudable objective. We have gone ahead to develop an App and a new system which allows every eligible Nigerian voter to be involved in the live monitoring and real live reporting during elections from our various polling units via PUAN App project. We have painstakingly worked at the background on this project with very huge cost and sacrifice. With this new concept, every Nigerian voter can make it a duty to mobilize around their polling unit by registering on the app, with a view to helping to defend all votes cast in their polling unit and also monitor real time activities going on in every polling unit across the country, just by a click of their device button.
In preparation towards the 2027 general election, we will attempt to use the Ekiti and other off circle and by elections coming up on the 20th of June 2026, to test our experiences. If you key into this App now, you will be able to see live reports on your device from the field in every location where we have our presence. This is the route to having credible elections in Nigeria and PUAN is championing this course as a non partisan, non bias actor in the election process. Please rush to register on this App and send the link to as many people and networks around you to join in this all important Nigerian people's project that is saddled with the responsibility of taking power back to the people.
Once you register, you will receive a specially assigned code. Visit our website at
puan.com.ng and click on (join network) and fill the registration form. First 100 ambassadors to fill the form will be selected as our special coordinators in their various delimitated locations. Contact Pius @ +234 705 605 3189 for any difficulty in registering.

Sir/Ma'am,

Here is a wishing of a special Democracy Day to you.

I also want to use the opportunity to announce to you our latest project at PiusJoe & Co Creative Solutions.

We just launched a new app for the Polling Unit Ambassadors of Nigeria (PUAN).

The PUAN App is Nigeria’s citizen and civic-action platform built to support credible elections, transparent governance, and active public participation from the polling unit up.

With PUAN, citizens can follow elections, know the candidates, track live election updates, submit election reports, and support result evidence collection in a structured way. The goal is to strengthen public trust by making election information easier to access, easier to verify, and harder to ignore.

Beyond elections, PUAN is also built as a vehicle for civic education, public accountability, and participatory leadership in Nigeria.

Through the app, citizens can:

✅ Learn the duties and responsibilities of public and elected offices in Nigeria.

✅ Understand what to constitutionally expect from public office holders.

✅ Track public and civic projects in their communities.

✅ Review project details and support public reporting on project status.

✅ Rate and review the performance of public office holders.

✅ Take part in coordinated citizens’ actions, including petitions and other civic accountability processes.

PUAN is not just an app. It is a civic movement powered by citizens, communities, and polling units.

Democracy becomes stronger when citizens are informed, involved, and organized.

The app is now available on PUAN website at www.puan.com.ng

We also set to launch the mobile app any time from now.

Introducing the PUAN App!

It is . It is , and there is no better day to announce the PUAN App than now.

All of us at the Polling Unit Ambassadors of Nigeria are pleased to announce the launch of the PUAN web and mobile app.
