CCTLF is a registered Non-profit, Non-governmental organization established with a focus to promote gender equality and an inclusive society where the girl child can flourish. we are standing on the sustainable development goals(sdgs) to increase equal access to opportunities for the underprivileged girls in Nigeria. 🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL! THE FLOW & FUTURE PROJECT HAS A DATE, VENUE & TIME! 🎉

We are taking the Flow & Future Project to the community! ❤️

On 14 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, we will be reaching out to 100 adolescent girls at GJSS, Angwan Wajen Lalle, Lafia, Nasarawa State, to provide menstrual hygiene support, empower them with sanitary pads, and most importantly, build their confidence and remind them that their future matters.
No girl should have to miss school, lose confidence, or feel limited because of her period.

This is more than distributing pads.
It is about dignity. Confidence. Education. Opportunity.

We are counting down to the Flow & Future Project, and we are excited to be visiting Lafia, Nasarawa State, where we will be reaching out to girls in the community.

As part of the project, we will be providing menstrual pads and teaching girls about menstrual health and hygiene, helping them understand their bodies, manage their periods with confidence, and take care of themselves properly.

It’s a simple act, but one that can make a meaningful difference.

We welcome donations of menstrual products, financial contributions, and volunteers who would like to support this initiative.

Throwing it back to one of our school outreaches, where we had the opportunity to spend time with some girls.

These moments remind us of something we hold very close at CCTLF: girls matter, and every girl deserves to be seen, supported and given a chance to thrive.

Looking out for girls has always been part of what we do. From education and school support to creating awareness around issues that affect their everyday lives, we keep showing up in the ways we can.

And soon, we’ll be doing it again as we take our menstrual hygiene outreach to girls in Lafia.

More than 37 million. Let that sink in.

For a girl in school, period poverty can mean missing classes. For a woman at work, it can mean having to manage a very basic need without adequate supplies.

Menstruation is not a choice, and access to menstrual hygiene products should not be a luxury.

At CCTLF, we believe that supporting girls means paying attention to the everyday challenges that affect their health, dignity and ability to stay in school.

As we prepare for our menstrual hygiene outreach, we are reminded that sometimes, a simple pack of sanitary pads can make a very real difference.
