REMOVE THE LEAVEN: YOUR PASSOVER ADVERSARY!!!
Yes, don't take this for granted, more than a Celebration Meat, the Passover Lamb is a Sacrifice. And there's an Adversary ready to take you to court and stop your blessings of a sacrifice.
It is written: "EAT IT IN HASTE. IT IS THE LORD'S PASSOVER... THEN TELL THEM, IT'S THE PASSOVER SACRIFICE TO THE LORD...THEN CAME THE DAY OF THE UNLEAVENED BREAD ON WHICH THE PASSOVER LAMB MUST BE SACRIFICED" Exodus 12:13b, Exodus 12:27, Luke 22:7 NIV]
So the Passover is Sacrifice, and in a few days from now, it will be Passover Day and the Passover Lambs will be slaughtered in Sacrifice for the LORD Almighty.
And our Lord Jesus Christ [Yahshua the Messiah], speaking on the importance and prerequisite for a sacrifice, says:
"THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE OFFERING YOUR GIFT [SACRIFICE]AT THE ALTAR AND REMEMBER THAT YOUR BROTHER HAS SOMETHING AGAINST YOU, LEAVE YOUR GIFT THERE IN FRONT OF THE ALTAR. FIRST GO AND BE RECONCILED TO YOUR BROTHER; THEN COME OFFER YOUR GIFT. SETTLE MATTERS QUICKLY WITH YOUR ADVERSARY WHO IS TAKING YOU TO COURT" (Mathew 5:23-25 NIV)
Notice Christ said: "Settle Matters quickly with your ADVERSARY who is taking you to court".
Your ADVERSARY here is not your brother or sister. Your real ADVERSARY is Satan who is also called the Accuser of the Brethren:
"Be sober, be vigilant; BECAUSE YOUR ADVERSARY THE DEVIL, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 KJV)
The book of Revelation speaks of him: "For the ACCUSER of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night" (Revelation 12:10 KJV)
The Devil is the Adversary and Accuser busy at Heavens Court! He always going to stand at heavens court to accuse us and rob us off of God's Blessings. THIS IS WHY MANY OFFER SACRIFICES TO GOD BUT DO NOT RECEIVE THE INTENDED, PROMISED OR EXPECTED MIRACLES!
This is why Christ admonished us to leave our sacrifice and go make peace and settle matters lest Satan - the Adversary takes occasion of such offences and gap to accuse and rob us.
As we bring our Passover Sacrifices this season, it is required that we make and be at peace with God and all men! How can you be at peace with God when you are not at peace with your brother? Jesus is Peace! The Passover is Peace and Freedom! The Bible speaking in Hebrews 12:14 says: "MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO LIVE IN PEACE WITH ALL MEN AND BE HOLY; WITHOUT HOLINESS NO ONE CAN SEE THE LORD. SEE TO IT THAT NO ONE MISSES THIS GRACE OF GOD AND THAT NO BITTER ROOTS GROWS UP TO CAUSE TROUBLE AND DEFILE MANY" (NIV)
You want to see God in action this Passover, pursue Peace and Holiness; be the one to make that move, make that effort. Apologies or give the green life, place that friendly call, even if you are the one hurt. You will see God over your Passover and the Adversary cannot stop you.
This is the Cruise of the Matter: "Get rid of the old yeast - as you really are. For Christ our Passover Lamb has been sacrificed. THEREFORE LET US KEEP THE FESTIVAL, NOT WITH THE OLD YEAST, THE YEAST OF MALICE AND WICKEDNESS, BUT WITH BREAD WITHOUT YEAST, THE BREAD OF SINCERITY AND TRUTH" (1 Corinthians 5:7-8 NIV).
Nailed on the Cross at the Passover, few moments before he drew His last breath, The Devil was at it again, pricking and provoking Jesus [Yeshua] who was about to fulfill and earn the title and glory of Christ. First, the people jeered, spit and mocked at him. But His Word: "FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THE KNOW NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING" (Luke 23:34). Then the prophetic robber and criminal hanging on the other side of him taunted: "AIN'T YOU THE CHRIST? SAVE YOURSELF AND US" (Luke 23:39). And Christ sinned not. Showing us the Pathway to a Fulfilling Passover Sacrifice.
So as we near the LORD, Passover Night, don't just take away the physical bread of yeast, cakes, burns, malt drinks and all yeast products, more chiefly, get your heart rid all offenses, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, and other forms of ungodliness and unholiness.
SO, YOU GOT SOME FEWS DAY AHEAD: GO MAKE PEACE, FORGIVE ALL, PUT A FRIENDLY CALL, RELEASE WEIGHTS OFF YOUR HEART, TAKE AWAY MALICE, PURIFY YOUR TONGUE, BE SINCERE, FEAR GOD. MAKE YOUR PASSOVER SACRIFICE COUNT FOR YOU! DON'T JUST SHAME THE DEVIL, DEFEAT HIM!
