Pregnancy is an emotional journey.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or having mood changes can happen but when those feelings persist, don’t ignore them.

Your mental health matters. Speak to your doctor and get the support you need.

From different childhoods, aspirations, dreams and experiences to different careers, passions and paths, one thing connects us: the desire to create, contribute and make an impact.

This , we asked our team to share what they once dreamed of becoming and who they have become today. Their answers remind us that growth isn’t about dreams staying the same but it’s about the courage to adapt, pivot, and keep going.

Meet our young dreamers who are now living, building, creating and making a difference.

Missing visits means missing chances to identify complications while they’re still manageable.

Every step can change a life.

This year, the Feet of Grace Foundation Annual Charity Walk, in partnership with CCSI and FEMinWASH, covered 5.25 km to raise funds to provide prosthetic limbs for people living with limb loss, helping them regain mobility, confidence, independence and the freedom to move forward.

The Foundation aims to raise ₦100 million to build the Cedar of Grace Residential Prosthetic Rehabilitation and Vocational Training Centre in Ibadan, the first of its kind in Nigeria.

You can support this life-changing cause with your donation:

Feet of Grace Foundation
UBA: 1019430471 (Naira)
UBA: 3002100149 (USD)

Every donation brings someone closer to taking their next step.

When we think of breastfeeding, we often picture only mothers. But the truth is that men play a vital role too.

We asked the men around us how they can support their partners during the breastfeeding journey, and their responses show just how powerful encouragement and care can be.

đź’¬ How else do you think men can support their wives during this period? Let us know in the comments!
