A period should never be the reason a girl misses school, loses confidence, or feels left behind.

Yet for many girls, menstrual hygiene products are still out of reach.

Through the Fund HER Flow Campaign, we are raising support to provide sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene support for girls in need.

This is more than pads.
It is dignity.
It is confidence.
It is the right to learn without interruption.

Join us in making a difference.
Every support counts. 💜

Last Friday, in commemoration of the International Day of the Boy Child 2026, two Big Brothers engaged 20+ boys at Destiny Child Scientific Secondary School, Abuja, in an honest and impactful conversation. 💙

Together, they unpacked some of the myths society has placed on boys — the pressure to always “man up,” stay silent, suppress emotions, and figure life out alone.

They spoke about the importance of responsibility, discipline, respect, emotional intelligence, leadership, friendship, and making positive choices even when no one is watching.

The boys asked questions.
They shared thoughts.
They listened to one another.
And most importantly, they were reminded that strength is not found in silence or aggression, but in character, accountability, and knowing when to speak up.

At Beyond the Classroom Foundation, we believe that when boys are guided intentionally, we build safer schools, healthier relationships, and stronger communities for everyone.

Today, we celebrate the boy child. 💙

A reminder that boys deserve safe spaces too.
They deserve guidance, kindness, positive role models, and the freedom to grow without pressure to “man up” before their time.

At Beyond the Classroom Foundation, we believe raising responsible boys is part of building a better future for every child.

When boys are taught empathy, respect, confidence, and leadership early, communities become stronger.

From all of us at Beyond the Classroom Foundation, we celebrate every boy who is learning, growing, dreaming, and becoming. 💙

Happy International Day of the Boy Child.

Sometimes, boys grow up hearing things like “man up”, “don’t cry”, or “figure it out yourself.”

But many boys are carrying confusion, pressure, anger, questions, and emotions they do not even know how to talk about.

And honestly, a lot of them simply need safe conversations, guidance, and someone willing to listen.

This is why we are having BIG BROTHER CONVERSATIONS in commemoration of the International Day of the Boy Child 2026. 💙

A safe space for boys to learn, reflect, ask questions, and get answers while having honest conversations around discipline, responsibility, leadership, respect, and positive masculinity.

Last year, in commemoration of the International Day of the Boy Child, we launched something powerful - the campaign.

At Beyond the Classroom Foundation, we believe every child deserves to be part of the conversation, including boys.

Through the campaign, we reached over 5,000 boys across government and private secondary schools in Abuja. We distributed the He for Her booklet and had honest conversations around respect, responsibility, dignity, and what it truly means to be allies to girls.

Because raising boys goes beyond telling them to “be strong.”
It is teaching empathy.
It is teaching respect.
It is teaching them how to create spaces where girls and women feel safe, valued, and heard.

The campaign was never just a slogan for us. It was a reminder that boys can and should be part of the solution from the start.

As we mark this year’s International Day of the Boy Child, we are reminded again that intentional conversations matter. The seeds we plant in boys today will shape the kind of men they become tomorrow.

And yes… we have something beautiful planned for our boys this year.
Watch out for it.

Periods should never stop a girl from learning.

When girls have access to sanitary pads, proper menstrual health education, and safe conversations, they are more confident, more informed, and more likely to stay in school.

At Beyond the Classroom Foundation, this is why Fund HER Flow matters.

Over the next three months, we will be reaching 100 girls in public schools and underserved communities with menstrual hygiene support and period education.

Because every girl deserves dignity, confidence, and the opportunity to learn without shame.
