Because we unapologetically believe that Africa’s greatest resource is its people, we seek to empower young, emerging leaders who exhibit the capacity

, willingness and commitment to generate our mission in Africa. With the right motivation through Godly, strategic and vision focused leadership, we empower these up-and-coming leaders through enlightenment, educative and participatory programmes that are tailored to compliment their individual strengths and natural abilities. With the proper guidance and support, these leaders emerge as game changers in their respective communities throughout Africa, which in turn will rise to take her place of pride in all ramifications of global life.
