The Center for Peace, Culture and Environmental Studies (CPCES) is a Non-governmental organization (NGO) incorporated in Nigeria’s Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2013 with the objective to promote, encourage and support all peace initiatives, arbitration, mediation and environmental transformation aimed at bringing peace and stability in our society and to carry out research and build a cul

ture of peace in Nigeria and the world at large. The center has it’s headquarter in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria Precious Azubuike Ona as the Founder/Managing Director. CPCES is a conglomeration of people drawn from different parts of our national life with the aim of building a more just, tolerable and a perfect environment among the diverse ethnic, social and religious peoples that inhabit the earth. This group encapsulates men and women, old and young, students and stewards, the employed and unemployed among several others who believe that the sum of our parts is indeed greater than the whole. That this is what makes Nigeria unique: From mind to mind, voice to voice, ear to ear, we are different. But the words we speak flow easily between us, binding us together as a strong and free nation. Though we might be different, the fabric of our existence is hinged on how freely and easily each and every one of us can be heard. The Center for Peace, Culture and Environmental Studies (CPCES) emboldens a people who strictly believes and adheres both to individual and cooperate social responsibility. We are a conglomeration of people who have contributed in our own little way towards the growth and development of our beloved countries. We strongly believe that we can do better, pursue higher goals, meet new and higher demands, solve the enormous twenty first century environmental challenges, and above all, help create and nurture our common brotherhood as a people organized under one territorial jurisdiction
