TEEN LEADERSHIP CLUB RECAP - TEAM LEADERSHIP & RELATIONSHIPS
On Saturday, 6th June 2026, the Teens Leadership Club held its monthly meeting at 10:00 AM, we explored the importance of building strong relationships as effective leaders. We learned that leadership is not just about leading others but also about working well with people, making wise decisions, and being a positive influence.
✅ Teamwork – Great achievements happen when people work together toward a common goal. Teamwork requires trust, communication, cooperation, and respect.
✅ Healthy Friendships – Healthy friendships are built on honesty, trust, support, and mutual respect. The people we surround ourselves with can influence our growth and success.
✅ Conflict Resolution – Disagreements are a normal part of life, but effective leaders handle conflicts calmly by listening, communicating respectfully, and seeking peaceful solutions.
✅ Peer Pressure Management – We discussed how to recognize and resist negative peer pressure by staying true to our values, making independent decisions, and choosing positive influences.
