Behind every major financial crime is a series of quiet, institutional enablers. Corruption often hides behind the mask of everyday bureaucracy. It isn’t always about bags of cash; it’s the quiet manipulation of public institutions, the systematic approval of procedures without proper oversight, and the deliberate structuring of public contracts to benefit the selected few.

To effectively combat systemic corruption, we must look beyond obvious misconduct and demand transparency in the everyday administrative processes that governs us.
