As partners, Hearts and Hands Humanitarian Foundation (3HF) joined Centre for the Advancement and Protection of the Rights of Vulnerable People for a community road walk in Alimosho to raise awareness on ending exploitative child domestic work and protecting the rights and dignity of every child.

Walking side by side with community members, leaders, and stakeholders, CSOs and other NGOs, we shared important messages about safety, protection, and the collective role we all play in creating safer spaces for children. Together, with the support of The Freedom Fund, we continue to strengthen communities through awareness, partnership, and action.

We recently engaged heads of households in Isolo and Ojo through an interactive follow-up session focused on preventing exploitative child domestic work. The dialogue, centered engagement created space for reflection, shared experiences, and practical community-driven solutions.

Participants reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding children, strengthening early reporting mechanisms, and promoting safe, nurturing environments where every child can thrive.

We join the global community in marking the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a powerful reminder that violence in any form is never justified, never acceptable, and never to be ignored.
Gender-Based Violence (GBV) is a violation of human rights, affecting millions of women, girls, boys, and vulnerable individuals across the world. It shows up as physical, emotional, sexual, economic, or psychological abuse and often goes unseen, unheard, and unreported.

At Hearts and Hands Humanitarian Foundation (3HF), we remain committed to creating a society where every person—especially women and girls—lives free from fear, harm, and oppression.
This season is a call to action: learn, speak up, protect, intervene, report, and advocate.
Let’s use our voices, platforms, and collective strength to say:
No More Silence. No More Violence.

On November 20, 2025, the Hearts and Hands Humanitarian Foundation (3HF) hosted a powerful Child Rights and Safeguarding Workshop in Ikeja, Lagos, bringing together key government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
With a keynote address from the NAPTIP Zonal Commander and an engaging panel session, stakeholders explored the root causes of child exploitation, the gaps in enforcement, and the urgent steps needed to protect Child Domestic Workers across Lagos State.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of strengthening the Child Rights Act, improving community reporting systems, and ensuring that every child inclusive of houseboys and housegirls has access to safety, dignity, and justice.
3HF remains committed to driving collaborative action and building a safer Lagos for every child.
