YOU’RE NOT TOO BUSY.
YOU’RE JUST NOT INTENTIONAL.
Let that sink in. We all say it: I’ve been so busy…
But if we’re honest we make time for what truly matters.
You’re not too busy to: press your phone.
scroll for hours on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, reply messages.
So the real question is this
What are you choosing to prioritize?
When it comes to your child, you say you’re busy
but they’re growing every single day.
You say you don’t have time but they’re forming habits, attitudes, and beliefs with or without you.
You say later but later sometimes becomes too late.
Intentional parenting is not about having more time.
It’s about using the little time you have better.
It’s in these small things that you understand your child
- 10 minutes of real conversation.
- Asking how they feel, not just what they scored.
- Listening without rushing.
- Showing up, even when you’re tired.
Because at the end of the day children don’t remember how busy you were.
They remember how present you were.
If it matters you will create time for it. Not perfectly, not always, but intentionally.
Parents please know that presence will always matter more than excuses.
