Stakeholder meetings are where laws start working for people.

In these meetings, everyone affected by a law comes together to discuss what we can fix, the ways we can improve, and how implementation should happen.

Because that is what inclusion is about - passing laws and seeing real impact for persons with disabilities.

Nigeria took a historic step toward inclusion in 2019 with the Discrimination Agaist Persons with Disabilities Act.

This law protects the rights of persons with disabilities in:
Employment
Education
Healthcare
Public Buildings & Transport

Discrimination is no longer "wrong" - it is a crime.
Accessibility is no longer optional - it is mandatory

For the second year in a row, Kanye Tagbo-Okeke has broken a Guiness World Record. This time, he is the youngest person to complete a 100 mile cycle - riding from Enugu, in the Nigerian South East, to Lagos, in the South West for a total of 407 miles (656km).

The young teen is a person with autism who has shown remarkable displays of talent anddetermination. He is joined, in this interview, with his parents and brother, and Ambassador Jake Epelle speaks to them on Kanye (and their) collective journey with autism, the project to paint on a 12,000 ft long canvas, and the ride for autism awareness which the young man and a team of cyclists have just concluded.
