‎We reach out to teenagers because we believe the future is built long before it arrives.
‎
‎Every teenager we mentor today is a potential leader, parent, professional, and nation-builder tomorrow. Investing in them now is one of the most proactive ways to raise better individuals, better parents, and better adults for society.
‎
‎That's why this year's annual outreach is themed:

‎Vision. Vigor. Values.
‎
‎Leadership is not just about occupying a position; it's about becoming the kind of person who has the strength of character, the right values, and a clear sense of purpose to lead well.

‎We are committed to calling out the leader in every teenager and helping them grow into transformational leaders who will influence their homes, schools, churches, and communities for good.
‎
‎The future doesn't prepare itself.

‎Becoming a leader requires more than glitz and glamour; the young leader should have a seating of understanding and wisdom on the task of leadership before he or she undertakes an oath.
‎
‎These are nonnegotiable topics to enlighten young minds now, not in the future, or when they become full-grown adults. The time is now!
‎
‎I will be of great significance to them, even as they navigate through life, destiny, and purpose.
‎

‎A few days ago, we paused to say thank you for believing in the U'First vision over the years.
‎
‎Today, we'd love to share the next chapter.
‎
‎From classrooms to school outreaches, borrowed spaces, and every opportunity God has opened, we've remained committed to discipling teenagers. And through your partnership, we've seen lives transformed.
‎
‎Now we believe it's time to expand.
‎
‎Because with more space, we can create a consistent place for discipleship.
‎
‎With more structure, we can mentor and follow up with teenagers more intentionally.
‎
‎With more reach, we can impact even more young lives.
‎
‎And with more resources, we can provide the materials, environment, and opportunities that help teenagers grow in Christ and become godly leaders.
‎
‎This is why we're building the U'First Space—a physical discipleship and mentorship hub where teenagers can gather, learn God's Word, grow in godly values, receive mentorship, ask honest questions, pray together, and discover purpose.
‎
‎We're excited about what God is building, and we're grateful that you're part of this story.

‎Today, we simply want to say thank you.
‎
‎Over the years, many of you have believed in the vision of U'First Teens Transformation Initiative. Through your prayers, encouragement, financial support, and every act of partnership, you have become part of every life we've been privileged to impact.
‎
‎Because you believed, we've been able to reach teenagers, disciple young hearts, and continue saying "yes" to what God has called us to do. We do not take your support for granted, and we are deeply grateful for every seed you have sown into this vision.
‎
‎Now, because of that faithfulness, we're taking another step.
‎
‎We believe it's time to expand the vision through the U'First Space—a physical discipleship and mentorship hub where teenagers can consistently gather to learn God's Word, grow in godly values, receive mentorship, and be equipped for purposeful living.
‎
‎This is more than acquiring a space; it's about creating an environment where lives can continue to be transformed for years to come.
‎

CALLING OUT THE LEADER IN EVERY TEENAGER.

‎Its the U'first Annual Outreach!!!!
‎
‎With the theme "The 360 Leader: Vision, Vigor, Values."
‎
‎And here is why this is important.
‎
‎We are in a time and a season where leadership has become very, very important. We're often told that young ones today are the leaders of tomorrow, but you don't want them to get to tomorrow without being properly equipped with vision, without being properly equipped with vigor, and without being properly equipped with the right values to fully express their leadership mandate.
‎Vision, Vigor, and Values entails that leadership is about seeing rightly, living with discipline, and having the right character.
‎
‎So this year's outreach is to call out the leader in every teenager, making them not just positional leaders, but transformational leaders—leaders of change and transformation in their society.
‎
