Gender-Based Violence is rooted in inequality, harmful social norms, abuse of power, silence, and economic dependence. It affects individuals, families, and entire communities.

By educating ourselves and speaking out, we can challenge harmful behaviors and create safer spaces for women and girls.

There is NEVER an excuse for violence.
There is ALWAYS a better choice.

Every day, women and girls face physical abuse, emotional violence, sexual harassment, economic control, and harmful practices in homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.

Many survivors suffer in silence because of fear, stigma, shame, or lack of support. But silence only protects abusers.

We must continue to educate, empower, support survivors, and speak out against every form of violence.

No one deserves abuse.
Every voice matters.
Every action counts.
