Freethinkers Association of Nigeria Freethinkers Association of Nigeria are individuals that does not accept ideas proposed as truth without recourse to knowledge and reason.

We determine truth by replacing authority, tradition, religion and superstition with reason, logic and evidence. Opinions should be formed on the basis of science, logic, and reason, and should not be influenced by authority, tradition, religion or any dogmas. Regarding religion, freethinkers hold that there is insufficient evidence to support the existence of supernatural phenomena. A practitioner of Freethought is called Freethinker.
