We honor the trailblazers, the barrier-breakers, and the voices of change—especially women with disabilities who continue to rise above challenges, proving that ability is not defined by physical limitations but by the power of determination and courage.
Women like Lois Auta, who has dedicated her life to advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities through the Cedar Seed Foundation, championing policies that foster inclusivity and empower women to lead. Lucy Ejike, whose unwavering commitment to powerlifting has seen her break records and win multiple Paralympic medals, proving that excellence knows no bounds. And Grace Alache Jerry, the CEO of Inclusive Friends Association, whose tireless advocacy has amplified the voices of persons with disabilities in governance and policy-making, ensuring that inclusion is not just a promise but a reality.
